I'll dominate 'credible boxer' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair came face-to-face to build hype for next month's boxing match.

Former two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.

Fighter's Mindset

"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.

"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."

Civil Exchange

Despite these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.

Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Opponent

In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.

Paul's Background

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.

He lost to Briton Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning massive earnings.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.

"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Difference

As both boxers met for the traditional stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
